Desperately Seeking Volunteers

New London — Our Homeless Hospitality Center needs your help!

We have an immediate need for volunteers to help us with mail, food and shelter support. If you have just two or three hours a week — mornings, afternoons or evenings — you can join us in helping those less fortunate than us.

Our nonprofit homeless shelter and daytime drop-in center began its life as a small coalition of citizens, faith-based communities, and service organizations. People from all walks of life came together to provide a place of hospitality and shelter for our homeless neighbors. The hospitality center now serves over 500 single adults from New London County each year.

We have grown into a place where adults facing homelessness, unemployment, and other trying situations can feel safe and welcome. Through the hard work of dedicated staff and volunteers we are able to provide guests the support system they need to get back on their feet, find jobs and move into permanent housing. We invite you to learn more about our services and volunteer opportunities.
