Adult sports have been identified as a hot trend in fitness by the National Recreation and Parks Association and other organizations. Saturday’s free Sports Expo will introduce participants to sports they may not have tried before and give them an opportunity to try before registering for the Spring and Summer program series. These pick-up style sports programs promote fun and sportsmanship while players burn calories and relieve stress through physical exercise.

For more information about these and other programs offered by Groton Parks and Recreation please visit GrotonRec.com or call (860) 536-5680.
