Summer in the City Presents Back to the Future

GROTON CITY, CT - Pack up a picnic, bring a blanket and the kids and get ready for some fun at an outdoor showing of BACK TO THE FUTURE at Groton City’s Washington Park on July 26th!

Join the ride when Marty McFly, a very young Michael J. Fox, drives back into his own future in a DeLorean time machine developed by his wacky scientist friend,a priceless Christopher Lloyd.  Having travelled back in time, Marty meets his teenage parents, but his presence throws things out-of-whack and he must ensure they fall in love and get married or he'll never exist. Steven Spielberg’s 1985 Academy Award winning comic time-travel adventure begins just after 9pm, as soon as it is dark, and will be shown on a twenty-foot outdoor screen.

Come to the park early and bring a picnic.  Even better, make yours a themed or elegant spread!  SUMMER IN THE CITY photographers will be roaming the crowd and your picnic photo could be featured on our website and Facebook page!
