DREAM BIG ~ READ! 2012 SUMMER READING KICK-OFF

Prepare to embrace the night! Join us Monday, June 25 at 1:00 at the Bill Memorial Library in the City of Groton for Dream Big ~ READ! 2012 Summer Reading Program. Our program Kick-Off features outdoor games, crafts, contests, and refreshments. Take turns on our game board, pass GO and earn chances for prizes. Kids can even earn a chance to spend the night at the library! The Summer Reading Game is open to kids entering grades 1-5, and
preschoolers can participate in the Read-To-Me portion of the program. Registration begins on Monday, June 25 and the game continues through August 11. Call the library at 860-445-0392 for more information or stop in for a flyer listing all of the summer’s activities. Library hours are Monday and Thursday, 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., Tuesday and Wednesday, 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Saturday, 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

The Bill Memorial Library is located at 240 Monument Street in Groton, near the Groton Monument and Fort Griswold.  The library, now more than 100 years old, has
