Latin Views 2012, a biennial international exhibition presented by the Latin Network for the Visual Arts, showcases more than 80 pieces of contemporary fine art from the Latin World by 60 artists representing 18 countries at the Alexey von Schlippe Gallery of Art at the University of Connecticut at Avery Point, 1084 Shennecossett Road, Groton.
Following the opening reception from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., Friday, Sept. 21, at the gallery, and a meet-the-artists event from noon to 1 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 22, the exhibition will run through Oct. 26.
