The Fourth Annual Summer Solstice Art Exhibit will be held during the month of June at the Groton Public Library. Community members are invited to submit one piece of framed artwork that will be displayed in the Library’s Community Room. Our display case will be also be available for three-dimensional artwork.To participate in this event, an entry application must be completed and artwork submitted to the Circulation Desk before May 29.
A Summer Solstice opening reception will be held on Thursday, May 31, at 6 p.m. The main Summer Solstice Celebration takes place on Wednesday, June 20. Watch for more details of this event! If you have any questions, please contact Linda Wallace at 860-441-6750.
