Free Admission For Veterans, Military Personnel At G.I.s Of Comedy Show

Garde Arts Center offers special promotion for Sunday stand-up performances

The Garde Arts Center is offering free admission for veterans and active-duty military personnel for its Sunday show featuring The G.I.s of Comedy.

The theater is offering the promotion for the 7 p.m. event, which features stand-up comedians who have served in the military or are active members of the armed forces.

The group was formed by U.S. Army Staff Sergeant Thom Tran, who was medically retired in 2005 after he was wounded in combat in Iraq.
