Great Place!

I'm in the Avery area and I'm going on 4 years, living here. Staff and Maintenance are great! Despite what others say, you must keep in mind that they do have Boardsen, as well as, The Avery. They're always busy fixing up the place(s) and the landlord is awesome! She tries to make sure that all of us, whom rent from her, has the "attention" that's needed. Example: If something needs to be fixed, or anything to help out others, always willing! I've never had a problem with anything. Our security doors are great! Although, you'll tend to have those neighbours who do what they please...but, there's always a stop to it! I can't say that this is a "short term" place to live. They're tennants that have lived here for years! All and all, these apartments are nice, quiet, peaceful, help when needed via the excellent staff that work harder than any other I've seen. If you want to check out the place, I'd recommend it! Ideal for a small family, since they have to offer 1-2 bedrooms. Heat and hot water are included!! Not a bad place! You can't find nice apartments with heat and hot water included, as much as you used to! Give them a call, if you're interested! Don't hesitate! These workers, work hard and are efficient! Landlord is the same way, if not twice as hard! :) EXCELLENT! KEEP ON THE GOOD WORK GUYS!!!
