Alice M. Johnson, of 189 George Washington Highway S. in Chesapeake, Vir., sold 106 Corey Road for $122,0000 to Ronald K. Johnson on Feb. 28.

Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. as trustee, c/o Capital Asset Management LLC, 7501 Wisconsin Avenue, Suite 500 West in Bethesda, Md., sold 99 Gold Star Highway for $3,425,000 to Aagna Hospitality, LLC, of 5399 Post Road in Charlestown, R.I. on Feb. 27.
