Kimberly S. Para and Roxanne Shetler, of PO Box 575 in Empire, Mich., sold 117 Murphy's Drive for $241,000 to Thomas Dobruck and Mary Ellen Dobruck on June 29.

James A. Henninge, of Madison, transferred 15 Crown Knoll Court, Unit 111 for $1 to Brian W. Gendron on June 24.
