Like Hot Food? Check Out Pepperpalooza

Meal includes grilled prawns, skirt steak, fried scallops, grilled pork tenderloin, each paired with the perfect pepper. And for dessert? Dark chocolate mousse with Red Savina Habanero. Wednesday, Sept. 19.

The Madison Beach Hotel and Madison's Mad Hill Peppers are teaming up for a burnin' hot pepper dinner Wednesday, Sept. 19.

On the menu?

An assorted cheese display with Pepper Jac, Chipotle Colby, and Jalapeno Jack to start.

Dark chocolate mousse with Red Savina Habaneros to finish.

In between, there will be grilled prawns in spicy coconut and lemon grass broth, featuring Prikchi Faa Hot Peppers. And Tobago spice char grilled skirt steak with shave baby brussels sprouts salad. For $48 per person. Call 203-245-1404 for reservations.
