Mystic Chamber's Business Of The Month: Simply Majestic

Each month, The Greater Mystic Chamber of Commerce highlights a member business deserving of special recognition.

We are thrilled to announce Simply Majestic as the February recipient of the Business of the Month award.

A cornerstone of Mystic for 20 years, Simply Majestic is owned and operated by husband and wife team Susette Tibus and Chuck Sneddon. Majestic offers an array of fine jewelry in gold, silver and platinum, and customers can choose from beautifully stocked merchandise or design a custom piece.

Simply Majestic has always believed strongly in giving back to the community - especially to those agencies who enhance day to day life through the goodwill of caring for the elderly, the sick, and the hungry; and to those who care for our animals, our children, our homeless, protect our environment, or promote our arts and music and whose mission incorporates generosity to our local community.

Over the holidays, Majestic created “12 Gems of Christmas," program giving 12 local agencies a portion of proceeds from the holiday season. The 12 organizations that benefited are: Stonington Como, Mystic Arts Center, Safe Futures, The Riverside Children’s Center, Hospice SECT, Pawcatuck Neighborhood Center, The Mystic and Noank Library, Stonington Education Fund, Denison Pequot Nature Center, Groton Animal Foundation, and MASH. Additionally Susette and Chuck donate their time throughout the year.

From the Mystic Aquarium to the Greater Mystic Chamber of Commerce to the Stonington Police Department, they are part of the fabric of giving in the Greater Mystic community.

Simply Majestic is located at 59 Williams Avenue in Mystic. In addition to fine jewelry, Majestic carries watches and colorful yet elegant semi-precious beaded necklaces and they also do engraving, appraisal and repairs. To learn more visit: Simply Majestic
