Dicks has a great deal of stock but never has staff avaiable to wait on the customers. Additionally, if your lucky enough to find someone to ask for help, they usually don't have a clue. Never enough people at check out. Overall, Olympic Sporting Good Store in New London was the best.

I forgot about West Marine, and also Olympia Sports which should be in the poll too, agree with the above commentor their service is excellent good staff there and sometimes some great deals.

Olympia will do their best to accomodate Montville residents! Always found cleats at Bob's in Waterford for $20 or under. Dick's is great if you're not concerned about cost.
