We have a very nice Ethan Allen sofa for sale.... lightly used - That opens to a barely used full-size mattress. It is a perfect way to easily add space for extra guests. Even still has its arm covers! - $250
Dimensions are 88" W X 39" D X 32" H.

Also for sale is a pine armoire designed as a computer secretary. It is solid wood with a ton of storage space and could easily be converted to use for storage only. Shelves are adjustable with pull out keyboard tray (easily removable for re-purposing) - $100
Dimensions are 36" W X 78" H X 22" D
