4. Because of the , Gov. Dannel Malloy extended voter registration until noon today. If, since Nov. 1., you turned 18, became a U.S. citizen, or moved to Groton, you may register in person up until 5 p.m. today. For additional information, please contact the Registrar of Voters at 860-441-6650.
