Author and Consultant Addresses Writers
Chuck Miceli to Speak at SECAPA Meeting February 17, 2014
The Southeast Chapter of the Connecticut Authors and Publishers Association will present author and consultant Chuck Miceli at its next open meeting Monday, February 17th at 6:30 PM at the Groton Inn and Suites, Gold Star Highway, Groton.
Using interactive learning methods, Miceli will address writers on the topic "The Write Stuff - Lessons Learned From Famous Authors and From Each Other." Miceli serves on the Editorial Board for “Voices and Visions,” the annual literary and arts review of the University of Connecticut’s Osher Lifelong Learning Institute. His articles have appeared in professional journals and magazines and his poetry and short stories have been printed in literary journals. He is also the author of the paranormal thriller, Amanda’s Room, where he combines his criminal justice background and fascination for severe weather.
The presentation will follow a brief business meeting and networking session that commences at 6:30 PM.
