Estate Planning - The Basics

Groton Public Library, Neighbor

A panel will provide an introduction to estate planning and identify the various types of estate assets as well as examine the types of ownership and their significance. Estate planning documents such as a Will, a Living Will, Powers of Attorney and Attorney for Health Care will be discussed, including their purpose and their place in estate planning.
