The series is sponsored by the Library, the Southeastern Connecticut Regional Probate District, the Estate and Tax Planning Council of Eastern Connecticut and the Community Foundation of Eastern Connecticut.  The series is moderated by Judge Nicholas Kepple of the Southeastern Connecticut Regional Probate District; he is joined by panelists Judge John McGrath, Attorney Paul Holland and Attorney Philip Johnstone.

 
The panel of professionals will identify the various taxes applicable to estates.  They will explore and clarify alternative estate planning strategies.
