Take Your Child to the Library Day

Libraries are the heart of a community. They are places of discovery and exploration. They inspire curiosity and a love of learning for all ages. On February 2, the Groton Public Library will be celebrating the second annual  Take Your Child to the Library Day. Please bring your children to the HEART of YOUR community and have your child experience the Library as their place of discovery! In honor of this special day, we are having a birthday party for Stretch, our giraffe!  We will have a birthday cake for Stretch at 2 p.m., followed by a storytime. We are also having drop in activities during the day, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

No registration is required. Families are encouraged to drop in!
