The Bill Memorial Library is “Thankful for our Patrons”. Without you, we could not have been named the winner
in the Excellence in Public Library Service Award for 2012 by the State of Connecticut.
To show our thanks, patrons age 18 and up can submit a raffle ticket for each adult book returned between November 1 and 15. The lucky winner will receive a beautiful gift basket filled with holiday treats.
The winner will be announced on Monday, November 19. The Bill Memorial Library is located at 240 Monument Street in the City of Groton, adjacent to Fort Griswold in Historic Groton Bank.
