- Work out with folks who enjoy “life health thru rowing”
This class is filled with delightful folks of all ages who gather twice a week to work out! Our sessions will include:
- Pilates
- Low Impact Workouts
- Stretching
- Calisthenics
- Ergometer use
- Learn a bit-o-health Physiology
We beautifully span all ages of students (13–18) & adults!
