The Bill Memorial Library, Neighbor

The Bill Memorial Library in the City of Groton invites
children in grades 1 thru 5 to Spooky Stories and Creepy Crafts, a special
after school program on Thursday October 24 at 4:00 p.m. Listen to “spooky”
tales and poems and create a Halloween masterpiece to take home. We may even
visit the mysterious parts of the library! Registration required; please stop
in or call the library at 860-445-0392 to register.The Bill Memorial Library is
located at 240 Monument Street in Groton, near the Groton Monument and Fort
