The Groton Public Library will be participating in the second Snapshot Day sponsored by the Connecticut Library Association, the Connecticut State Library, and the Connecticut Library Consortium. Last year 136 libraries participated. Libraries all over Connecticut will be taking a ‘snapshot’ – collecting information to capture the impact that Connecticut libraries have on their communities on a typical day. Stop by the Groton Public Library on April 13 and become a part of Snapshot Day. In Addition, Playaway Audiobooks Representatives will be at the Library from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. with product information and free giveaways on Snapshot Day.
