SONGS FOR A SUMMER DAY WITH LISA MARIEN

 The Bill Memorial Library in the City of Groton invites kids of all ages and their parents to Songs for a Summer Day with Lisa Marien on Tuesday, July 19 at 1:00 p.m. Join in the fun with songs and instruments celebrating the joys of summer, including songs from Ghana, Zimbabwe and other countries, all part of One World, Many Stories 2011 Summer Reading program. Lisa Marien is an area music teacher who’s been making music with little people for over 25 years. Library hours are Monday and Thursday, 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., Tuesday and Wednesday, 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Saturday, 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
