Help a Local Music Department Fund a Choral Festival

Melanie Wade is raising money via the GoFundMe Web site to help a local music department.

According to the page on GoFundMe, in March of 2013, the Music Departments from Grasso Tech, Prince Tech, and Norwich Tech combined forces to host the 1st Annual CTHSS All-District Choral Festival.

The page states, "Music has only existed in the CT Technical High Schools since 2005, and the departments are constantly searching for funding to allow students opportunities such as this one. This year's festival was an amazing day for the students, but it came with many expenses. The Music Departments from all three schools are hoping to collect enough donations so that this festival can continue for many years. Any donation is greatly appreciated!"
