Help a Local Woman with Her Fight Against Cancer

Elizabeth has cancer and her family is raising money for the cause via the GoFundMe Web site.

According to the page on GoFundMe, she was recently diagnosed with lung cancer, and just began her first round of chemotherapy and radiation at the L+M/Dana-Farber Cancer Center. 

The page states, "While family and friends have been happy to help where they can, treatment and day-to-day expenses are a bit overwhelming as she also recently lost her job. My mom should be focusing 100% of her energy on her health and getting better, so I am reaching out to everyone to help fill the financial gap and manage that part of things so she can concentrate on recovering. Any donation, no matter how small, would be of great help. Even if you can't contribute, please feel free to share and pass along the link to others. Thank you!"
