Friskie the Cat, Missing for 7 Months, is Reunited with her Family
Missing cat is home for the holidays!
Wait until you hear this Happy Holiday Tail!
On May 9, 2011, a woman named Bessie called Groton Animal Control to report that Friskie, her 8-year-old declawed cat, was missing. She gave a description and they logged the information into their lost cat book.
On November 28, 2011, seven months later, Groton Animal Control took in a cat and, as always, went back into the lost cat book to look for any matches. Bessie’s description fit and after scanning the cat for a microchip, they were thrilled to find that it came back as Friskie!

Bessie was called and she came to pick up Friskie.
Only Friskie knows where those seven months took her but she is happily back at home with the family that loves her.
