UPDATE: The Stroll Is On! Historic Downtown Mystic Stroll Tuesday
And with the predicted snow, it's sure to get folks in the holiday spirit.
Historic Downtown Mystic is the place to be Tuesday from 6 to 9 p.m. as carolers sing and businesses stay open late all part of the annual Holiday Stroll.
