Renegade Rudeness

Renegade Rudeness.....

I cannot begin to explain the ignorance of the owners son at Renegade Sports in Waterford who so rudely answered me when I asked if it was possible if they know a game is 30 minutes behind to let the coach of the next team playing (who could let parents know) of the delay as a form of courtesy. We are all busy and this could prove helpful to some families rushing to get their children to a game after work. He answered me with "whatever, you had to drive here anyway"..... When I responded to his rudeness he the proceeded to show his ignorance by telling me "SHUT UP, I don't have time for this".

Wow what a fabulous representative for his FATHERS (NOT HIS) BUSINESS! Well Karma catches you Mr. Kain... and eventually another establishment will open for the indoor youth soccer program and people will no longer have to deal with your ignorance and lack of people skills.

Wait,.... that doesn't make sense. It seems you just wanted to complain because the game started late, those things happen every day. Renegade should inform everyone that there is a small delay? That's absurd! You people never cease to amaze me. Karma doesn't exist, but luckily for the rest of us Renegade Sports Center does, and Brave Bill... well handled!

Winagain I think you misread this. Jennifer asked to be informed if the earlier game was running late. That seems like a very simple request. Some parents are being pulled in many directions and it can be frustrating when show up somewhere are a per-determined time and are then forced to wait. My doctor and dentist do this. Seems like a simple bit of customer service.
