CT State Police To Enforce 'Click It Or Ticket'

From May 21 to June 3, police will be promoting seat belt safety

Better buckle up--Connecticut State Police will be promoting seat belt safety next week, according to WTNH.

The national "Click It or Ticket" campaign will be enforced beginning May 21 and running through Memorial Day weekend to June 3.

According to HamletHub.com, car accidents cause one death every 14 minutes and an injury every 13 seconds in the U.S.

HamletHub.com has put together a list of seat belt regulations to be aware of, including child car saftey rules, age requirements, fines and more.

According to the article, Connecticut drivers wear seatbelts more frequently than the national average, so keep buckling up and stay safe!
