Syquan K. Smith, 21, 59 Jefferson Drive, Groton, 1:26 p.m., disorderly conduct; court date Sept. 14.

Sept. 8

Joseph Alan Piazza, 61, 107 Benham Road, Apt. #7, Groton, 9:49 p.m., second-degree failure to appear; court date Sept. 10.

Sept. 9

Jose Anibal Hernandez, 47, 245 Laurel Drive, New London,12:50 a.m., driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, stop sign violation; court date Sept. 24.
