Collin Christopher Nelson, 23, of 110 Graham Rd. in South Windsor was charged with breach of peace.

Kimberly Calkins, 36, of 148 Branford Ave., Groton City was charged with disorderly conduct.
Matthew Calkins, 37, of 148 Branford Ave., Groton City was charged with disorderly conduct.
