Christopher Delarosa, 28, of 129 Allen St., Groton, was charged with operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license, failure to have head lamps and second-degree failure to appear in court.

Randy Gittens, 33, of 46 Branford Ave., Groton, was charged with third-degree assault and second-degree making a false statement.

Sakima S. Jackson, 28, of 282 Laura Boulevard, Norwich, was charged with violation of probation.

Daniel R. Jennings, 28, of 37 Fieldside Drive, Apt. D, was charged with two counts of third-degree assault and interfering with an emergency call.
