Groton City Police Logs: September 30 to October 7

The following arrest information is provided by Groton City Police and does not constitute a conviction.

Gary Perkins, 43, of 187 Pennsylvania Avenue in East Lyme, was charged with operation of a motor vehicle when registration or license is refused/suspended, cellphone use while driving a vehicle.

Donald Robert Fricket, 33, of 146 Allen Street Apt. #3 in the City of Groton, was charged with violation of probation/conditional discharge, possession of controlled substance, possession of narcotics, narcotic kept only in original container, failure to appear 2nd. 

Darlena M. Bey, 28, of 103 Branford Avenue in the City of Groton, was charged with criminal mischief 3rd.

A 13-year-old was charged with throwing objects at motor vehicle or on highway; 1st offense.

David H. Brown, 52, was charged with operation of a motor vehicle when registration or license is refused/suspended, insurance coverage fails minimum requirements, no passing zone.

Jeffrey Tokarz, 36, of 148 Benham Road in the City of Groton, was charged with insurance coverage fails minimum requirements, failure to renew registration; operation/tow unregistered motor vehicle/false statement on motor vehicle, cellphone use while driving a vehicle. 

An 11-year-old was charged with breach of peace. 

Two 17-year-olds were charged with burglary 3rd, criminal mischief 2nd, disorderly conduct. 

Nabeel M. Aslam, 28, of 43 Nathan Hale Road in the City of Groton, was charged with operation of motor vehicle when registration or license is refused/suspended, failure to renew registration; operation/tow of unregistered motor vehicle/false statement on motor vehicle, failure to have tail lamps.
