Albert J. Fontaine, 79, of 210 Mitchell Street Apt 1R in the City of Groton, was charged with disorderly conduct.

Aaron Hill, 29, of 151 Burning Tree Drive in Groton, was charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol, stop sign violation, no passing zone.
