Groton Police Identify Men who Burglarized Laundromat

Men are from the Southbridge, Mass. area and had a warrant from Wallingford for the same crimes.

The City of Groton Police Department has identified two men captured on surveillance video breaking into a change machine at a Groton laundromat.

Police Chief Thomas Davoren said the men are from the Southbridge, Mass. area and had a warrant for them from Wallingford for the same crimes.

The burglary and larceny occurred on March 7 at about 5:30 p.m. at the Bridge St Laundry at 126 Bridge St.

A surveillance video captured the men's pictues, and police sought the public's help in identifying them. More than $1,000.00 was taken.
