Groton Police Search for Suspect in Bank Robbery

From a press release issued by the Groton Town Police
At approximately 3:06 PM, the Citizen Bank, located at the corner of Long Hill Rd., and Poquonnock Rd was robbed. The suspect fled on foot with an undisclosed amount of money.
No one was injured during the robbery.
The suspect is described as: Black male, 6'0' 230 lbs. He was wearing a Boston Red sox Hat, a blue shirt with a design on the front.
