April 7
Robert A. Hanson, 52, 600 Meridian St. Ext., 1113, Groton, 8:54 p.m., weapons in vehicles, carrying pistol without a permit; court date April 15.
April 8
Andre Mourna Reed, 43, 17 Taftville Occum Road, 11, Norwich, 3:54 p.m., criminal attempt to third-degree commit larceny, tampering with or fabricating physical evidence; court date April 15.
April 9
Daniel Walter, 22, Building 434, 276, U.S. Naval Submarine Base, 11:30 p.m., driving or towing an unregistered motor vehicle, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs; court date April 23.
Penny L. Perry, 47, 94 Cow Hill Road, Mystic, 6:53 p.m., driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs; court date April 23.
April 10
Curtis Joshua Lupo, 34, 13 Acorn Drive, Westerly, R.I., 4 p.m., first-degree burglary, third-degree assault: minor injury or intent to cause minor injury, sixth-degree larceny, third-degree criminal mischief, interfering with an emergency call, second-degree threatening; court date April 11. (According to the arrest log, Lupo was extradited from Rhode Island on a warrant from Groton town police. The initial incident occurred on April 7 at a residence in Groton, and was the result of family violence.)
April 13
Bettejo Murray, 43, 22 Central Avenue, Groton, 11:44 p.m., driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs; court date April 26.
Palmer L. Tillman, 59, 25 N. Stonington Road, Stonington, 8:27 p.m., driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive in proper lane on multiple lane highway; court date April 26.
Zachary Larochelle, 22, 261 Geer Road, Jewett City, CT, 3:50 a.m., evading responsibility, driving under the influence of alchol or drugs; court date April 26.
