Feb. 14

John Pierce, 22, 1 Crystal Lake Road, Building 560, 310B, Groton, 9:06 p.m., use of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance; court date Feb. 28.

Christopher R. Hutchinson, 22, 1 Crystal Lake Road, Building 430, 104, 9:06 p.m., possession of controlled substance, use of drug paraphernalia; court date Feb. 28.

Feb. 17

Kimberly A. Jones, 47, 37 Mather Avenue, Groton, 5:45 p.m., sixth-degree larceny: shoplifting; court date March 1.

Feb. 18

Christopher G. Hasbrouck, 38, 311 Cossaduck Hill Road, North Stonington, 4:40 p.m., driving at too slow a speed, possession of abandoned markers, illegal operation of motor vehicle under suspension/alcohol, driving or towing unregistered motor vehicle, insurance coverage fails minimum requirements, reckless driving, engaging police in pursuit, misuse of plates, possession of drug paraphernalia; court date Feb. 19.
