Oct. 7

Karrielyn Owsiany, 24, 365 Burningtree Drive, Groton, 11:21 p.m., third-degree assault, disorderly conduct; court date Oct. 9.

Steven M. Owsiany, 29, 365 Burningtree Drive, Groton, 11:25 p.m., second-degree strangulation, first-degree unlawful restraint, third-degree assault: minor injury or intent to cause minor injury, second-degree threatening, disorderly conduct; court date Oct. 9.

Oct. 11

Kinberly Winston, 41, 405 Clinton Avenue, Bridgeport, 2:59 p.m., illegal operation under of motor vehicle under suspension, illegal operation of motor vehicle without tint inspection; court date Oct. 25.

Oct. 14

Lisa A. Wark, 34, 18 York Court, Groton, 9:04 p.m., three counts of risk of injury to a child, stop sign violation, two counts of driving a motor vehicle when registration or license is refused/suspended/revoked, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs; court date Oct. 15.

Elizabeth Ann OBrien, 34, 82 Wells St., Westerly, R.I., 7:21 p.m., breach of peace: non-assaultive and non-threatening; court date Oct. 26.

Kyle Fortier, 21, 70 Lauter Avenue, Willimantic, 4:19 p.m., sixth-degree larceny: shoplifting; court date Oct. 26.
