Sept. 20

Christina G. Torres, 20, 978 Bank St., New London, 10:49 p.m., illegal operation of a motor vehicle under suspension, failure to obey control signal; court date Oct. 4.

Matthew Lathrop, 28, 53B South Road 7, Groton, 8:54 p.m., possession of marijuana, use of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance; court date Oct. 4.

Sept. 23

Edward J. Lapinski, 48, 8 Amanda Court, Uncasville, 7:08 p.m., interfering with an officer; non-assaultive; court date Oct. 5.

James W. Johnson, 32, 36 Mountain Avenue, New London, 3:52 p.m., third-degree assault: minor injury or intent to cause minor injury, risk of injury to a child, third-degree strangulation; court date Sept. 24.
