Brian T. Blake, 20, 65 Sycamore Drive, Milford, 9:01 a.m., illegal sale of controlled substance, possession of controlled substance: non-narcotic hallucinogen/less than 4 ounces marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia in a drug factory; court date Oct. 1.

Sept. 28

Jerry M. Phelps, 27, 101 Blinnman Avenue A, New London, 8:29 p.m., breach of peace: fight causing or capable of causing minor injury, second-degree reckless endangerment; court date Sept. 28.
