Kimberly I. Ganns, 43, of 58 Fort Hill Road, Groton was charged with sixth-degree larceny.

Orlando N. Perez, 54, of 62 West Elderkin Ave., Groton was charged with first-degree threatening, second-degree harassment, first-degree reckless endangerment, risk of injury to a minor, breach of peace and criminal damage to a motor vehicle.

Crystal A. Roman, 21, of 56 Morgan St., New London was charged with having weapons in a motor vehicle.

Kyle T. Markey, 25, of no permanent address, was charge with failure to respond to an infraction.

Carols R. Morales, 18, of 60 Bishop Ave., Groton City was charged with two counts of conspiracy, fifth-degree larceny and sixth-degree larceny.
