The following arrest information was provided by Groton Police and does not constitute a conviction.
July 9
Orlando Mateo, 29, of 575 Bank St., New London was charged with possession of narcotics and illegal sale of a controlled substance.
Madeline D. Mateo-Colon, 19, of 90 Mather Ave. #2 Groton City was charged with possession of narcotics, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of controlled substance, non-narcotic) and sale of illegal controlled substance.

Chiquita F. Brown 33, of 61 Summit St. Norwich was charged with breach of peace and second-degree threatening.

Eric Beidelman, 45, of 5 Central Ave. Niantic was charged with driving under the influence.
Daniel R. Nicolosi, 50, of 428 Long Hill Road, Groton was charged with breach of peace and failure to comply with fingerprinting.
July 14
Jason Connolly, 23, of 60 N. Cove Road, Old Saybrook was charged with possession of narcotics and being a non-student in possession drugs near a school.
July 16
Antony R Orbe, 30, of 8 Harvard Lane, Mystic was charged with breach of peace (threatening), second-degree reckless endangerment and second-degree threatening.
