Groton Town Police Logs May 23-27

The following arrest information is provided by Groton Police and does not constitute a conviction.

May 23
Jessica L Monahan, 34, of 173 Rt 12 Groton was charged with two counts of third-degree burglary, two counts of fifth-degree larceny, two counts of conspiracy to commit burglary (third-degree) and two counts conspiracy to commit larceny (fifth-degree).  

Ricardo V. Ocasio, 30, of 454 Cow Hill Road, #1 Mystic was charged with two counts of third-degree burglary, two counts of fifth-degree larceny, two counts of conspiracy to commit burglary (third-degree), two counts conspiracy to commit larceny (fifth-degree) and violation of conditions of release.  

Roemon S. Lathern, 25, of 17 Meadow St., Mystic was charged with breach of peace.

Robert L. Drakos, 58, of 7 Chesbro Ave., Groton was charged with forgery, illegal use of forged prescription, illegal alteration of prescription, criminal attempt and possession of a controlled substance. 

James R Roberts, 44, of 30 Whitney Road, Mystic was charged with driving under the influence. 

May 24
Michael T Lowry, 48, of 82 Laurelwood Road, Groton was charged with second-degree assault and breach of peace. 

May 25
Robert L. Murcko, 36, of 243 Fairfield Circle, Raeford NC was charged with first-degree reckless endangerment, third-degree assault, disorderly conduct and second-degree strangulation. 

Stephanie Bryant, 30 of 158 Midway Oval, Groton was charged with driving under the influence. 

May 26
Floyd Overton, 18, of 138 Rt. 2, Preston was charged with second-degree failure to appear.

Gerald I Arlotta, 26, of 426 Laurel Hill Road, Norwich was charged with criminal trespass and sixth-degree larceny. 

May 27
Tristin Irvin, 19, of 50 Palmer Ave., Norwich was charged with breach of peace, third-degree assault, interfering with an officer, and thrid-degree criminal mischief. 

Brittany M. Jullarine-Quinn, 23, of 663 Vauxhall St. Ext. Waterford was charged with driving under the influence.
