Barbara J. Dooley, 41, of 300 Maple Avenue A, was charged with larceny 6th.

October 9

Gary S. Duck, 47, of 74 Ivy Court in Groton, was charged with two counts of illegal sale of controlled substance.

John F. Smith, 66, of 10 Ann Street in Mystic, was charged with failure to drive in proper lane, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol, operating a motor vehicle without a license, mandatory security requirements.

Kevin J. Branch, 23, of 68 Al Harvey Road in Stonington, was charged with disorderly conduct.

Matthew R. Branch, 25, of 68 Al Harvey Road in Stonington, was charged with disorderly conduct, assault 3rd, larceny 6th.

Kevin M. Sebastian, 49, of 42 Fanning Road in Ledyard, was charged with failure to appear 2nd.

John D. Atencio, 43, of 274 Meridian Street in the City of Groton, was charged with criminal trespass.

James J. Read, 54, of 20 Millstone Road West in Waterford, was charged with larceny 6th, criminal trespass 1st.
