September 19
Brian Bates, 18, of 800-5 Long Cove Road in Gales Ferry, was charged with evading responsibility: damage/injury, interfering with an officer: non assaultive.

Allen Coates, 24, of 4 Coachman Pike in Ledyard, was charged with failure to appear 2nd.

Keron K. Kean, 18, of Route 184 105 in Groton, was charged with criminal trespass 1st.
Michael D. Smigel, 20, of 492 Building 492 332A on the U.S. Naval Sub-Base, was charged with operation of a motor vehicle by a minor having elevated blood alcohol, failure to have lights lit and devices illuminated.
September 22
Alyne D. Rodrigues, 21, of 66 Pepperbox Road in Waterford, was charged with failure to drive in proper lane, restricted turn, left turn: failure to yield to right of way, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol.
Anthony M. Smith, 20, of 1042 Poquonnock Road 61, was charged with criminal mischief 3rd.
Carl B. Gilbert, 35, of 6 Conrad Court in Gales Ferry, was charged with possession of controlled substance: narcotics, use of drug paraphernalia.
September 23
Alicia Babulsky, 38, of 128 Main Street in Jewett City, was charged with larceny 6th, use of drug paraphernalia, possession of controlled substance, narcotics kept only in original container.
Shelelyamin Downing, 38, of 15 Hillcrest Street B in Norwich, was charged with failure to drive in proper lane, operation of a motor vehicle when registration or license is refused/suspended/revoked, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol.
September 24
Ormond F. Northup, 31, of 487 Ross Hill Road in Charlestown Rhode Island, was charged with failure to appear 2nd.
Candice L. Hamilton, 28, of 48 Fieldside Drive C in the City of Groton, was charged with two counts of failure to appear 1st, failure to appear 2nd, possession of drug paraphernalia.
September 25
James Vocolina, 19, of 11 Chelsea Way in Mystic, was charged with assault 2nd with weapon, no gunfire, carrying and sale of dangerous weapons, criminal use of firearm or electronic defense weapon, reckless endangerment 1st: intimidation intended.
Syquan K. Smith, 22, of 58 Paul Revere Road in the City of Groton, was charged with accessory to assault 2nd.
