Groton Town Police report the following arrests:

Nov. 18

Jeffrey T. Pope, 40, of 3 Devonshire Drive, Waterford was charged with violating a protective order and 2nd degree threatening. He is due in court today.

James M. Cavanagh, 18, of 56 Golf St., Groton was charged with providing a false statement to police. His court date is Dec. 2.
