The Board of Assessment Appeals has set the dates in March to meet regarding appeals of assessments of real estate and personal property for the October 1,
2012 Grand List, and for the 2011 Supplemental Motor
Vehicle Grand List.
The dates, according to the town website, are below:
Monday, March 4: 12:00 p.m. until 4:30 p.m.
Wednesday, March 6: 3 p.m. until 8:30 p.m.
Saturday, March 9: 9 a.m. until noon.
Monday, March 11: Noon until 4:30 p.m.
Wednesday, March 13: 3 p.m. until 8:30 p.m.
You must have applied to the Groton Assessor’s office by Feb. 20, and appeals are heard by appointment only.
Hearings will take place in the conference room of the Finance Department in Town Hall at 45 Fort Hill Road.
