Winners of Groton City Holiday Decorating Contest Announced
Winners will be awarded a plaque by City Council
The winners of the City of Groton Holiday Decorations Contest are Joseph and Marguerite Merenda, Cindy and Shawn Garvey, Paul Johnson, Gerard and Marissa Mills, and Albert and Susan VanDyne, according to the City of Groton Facebook page.
"They will be awarded plaques at an upcoming meeting of the City Council. Thanks to all of you who decorated and nominated for making our City shine," the post reads.
